Insectoid Invasion

What's this?

Insectoid Invasion, is a simple bullet hell game created for Game Off 2021 game jam.

The game takes place in medieval Europe, in the year 2030. You play as one of four classes: Paladin, Sharpshooter, Invokator, or Inquisitor, and your objective is to fight off mutant insectoids from Chernobyl.

The futher you progress, the more bugs you'll have to fight, while also gaining power-ups and whatnot!

... yeah, it's basically your regular 2D shoot'em up game.

Development

This game was made using Clickteam Fusion 2.5; an engine, that has it's roots in the 90s (so it's not very stable). Development began in November 1st, although majority of the code was written in 2 weeks before December 1st.

This game was rushed, and it might contains a lots of bugs. Please report any bugs in the comment section, if possible!

During voting phase, there were two small updates. These were only bug fixes.
