I hate it how it is so hard to find anything when you need it. I literally just starved because I couldn't find any food in the whole village and I was freezing and all I found was fire extinguishers.

what engine did you use to make this game I want to make a game like this when I get a better computer

Unity.

It's a general purpose game engine, with good documentation online owing to its popularity (which means there is a lot of good quality tutorials out there about anything you need).

It can also work on weaker computers, if you're making a 2D game (or any game with simple graphics).

does the game still get updated

I am partially working on it, but it'll still take a long time before any update gets released. Sorry for any inconveniences!

Ok I just wanted to know if the game was still being worked on no matter the speed or if it wasn't being updated

Will there ever be the chance you can give us a downloadable HTML5 version?

Probably not. The HTML5 version, is a WebGL app, and it can only be played through internet browsers. There is a downloadable desktop version though!

I think that if you don't have any weapons that the guards shouldn't shoot you until you get the item but it's still very fun

That could work!

I mean, it really depends on why the guards are protecting these items in the first place. But since there's no story explaining that, them shooting you only after acquiring treasures, seems plausible.

another thing that could work is if there is a bandit chasing you and you have a valuable item and you drop it then they could stop chasing you

Hey, can I just say that I've been playing the desktop version of this game on and off for at least two years (100+ hours, I think) and that I've had more fun with this than the majority of triple A games? I know how life is, and how projects easily fall by the wayside, but I still hold out hope that this project isn't done for. Mad props for your work on this. When I have the money, I will send you a donation, and all the best, wherever life takes you.

Wow... I did not expect such comment; thanks!

While it might seem like the project has been completely forgotten and abandoned, it's not entirely the case.

I plan on posting a devlog explaining the whole situation in more detail, as well as the current state of the development soon. All I can say for now, is that over the past several months "life happened" for me, and I couldn't work on this project much (or at all).

Also, thank you, but please, do NOT make any donations! There's no need for them right now, and they won't really help the development.

Thanks for the reply! I'm really happy to hear that the project isn't abandoned, and I will of course do as you request. If at any point a small amount of money will help in any way, please allow me to compensate you for the wonderful time I've had playing your game. And trust me, as a full  time student, I completely understand the need to set things aside for a while. Cheers!

i also remember using shift accidenlty and dieing/blowing myself up and being sad that i cant attach grenade launchers to the pistol

definitely my faveorite game ever so many great memorys of laughing at the zombies sound effects and being blown up :') haha i just found this ship monument and tried to jump over these gaurds in the middle then i landed right next to them and i thought they were peacful because they just sat there for a second then i died. in less then a second

yeah no screw it takes too long

(1 edit)

takes forever to load on web

(1 edit)

its been five minutes and i only get half way

I've ran this game on few machines; it usually loads within a minute or less. However, if the Web version isn't working for you, there's also a Desktop version (although you should check the requirement listed at the bottom of game's description, if you want to download it).

yeah no my computer's trash =D
